We take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Due to the nature of attars, perfumes, and fragrance products, we follow a replacement-only policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within India.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

🚫 We do NOT accept returns or refunds.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

Replacements are provided only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product received is leaking

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  2. A clear unboxing video is mandatory, showing:

    • Sealed outer package

    • Product being opened

    • Visible damage / issue

  3. Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With original labels intact

📌 Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases (No Replacement)

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Fragrance preference or dissatisfaction

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

  • Delay in reporting beyond 48 hours

Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers are not eligible for refunds

  • Replacement will be provided only if the above replacement conditions are met

Shipping & Logistics

  • Replacement orders are processed only after verification

  • Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability

  • Logistics partners include DHL Express and other domestic courier services within India

Gifts

  • Gift orders are subject to the same replacement-only policy

  • No refunds or gift credits are applicable
